Munich/Goodwood.
The superb Goodwood Festival of Speed enters its twelfth season and features the best of 100 years of motorsport.
BMW Mobile Tradition has been attending the festival since the early 1990s. For 2005, the team led by Holger Lapp - head of the Munich manufacturer's heritage division - have come up with something new again. The focus of activities is three decades of the BMW 3 Series in motor sport. In addition, a number of sporty two-wheelers from Munich will also be lining up. The 170,000 or so visitors expected to attend the festival will be able to see spectacular highlights such as the McLaren BMW F1 GTR, the BMW 328 Mille Miglia Roadster and the latest BMW M6 in action.
